INCOTERMS 2000

   Terms are grouped under four main categories:

  • E Terms. Term whereby the seller puts goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller's installations.

    EXW Ex Works specified place

     

  • F Terms. Terms whereby the seller is called upon to deliver goods to the forwarder indicated by the buyer.

    FCA Free Carrier specified place
    FAS Free Alongside Ship specified port of lading
    FOB Free On Board specified port of lading

     

  • C Terms. Terms whereby the seller is required to conclude a contract of affreightment without undertaking the risk of loss or damage to goods or added costs arising after the loading and shipment of goods.

    CIP Carriage And Insurance Paid To specified locus of destination

     

  • D Terms. Terms whereby the seller undertakes the required costs and risks issuing from the transportation of goods to the country of destination.
